An Oregon native, Joshua briefly left the state to attend college in Cincinnati where he received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Thankfully, he returned to our fair state to attend Willamette College of Law. Prior to entering private practice, Joshua clerked for many notable institutions including Oregon Municipal Electric Utilities Association, Multnomah County Attorney's Office, and Multnomah County DA's Office.
